Some people have asked me, oh well, a few, all right! - one of my daughters once wondered whilst she was changing the channel on the TV....
"What do you do when you aren't writing?"
That's not the easiest of questions, because I do spend a lot of time writing, or thinking about writing, or making notes for writing. I spend a lot of time contemplating, working ideas out in my head, or as that daughter puts it, sleeping.
But I also do a lot of hill walking, and if you have read any of my books then you know I rather like the high hills and fells. So, here are a few pictures to entertain you. Yes, they are my pictures, so you can't see me because I'm behind the camera of course!
